Can I choose the size of the finished photograph?
All high quality finished photographs despatched will replicate the size of the original photograph unless otherwise requested (up to A3)

How long will the whole process take from start to finish?
The whole process from receiving your photographs should only take 5 - 10 working days. Could take longer if multiple photographs are required

I have two separate photos of people, can I merge them together into a single picture?
Yes, almost any idea with photographs you can think of can be done therefore your own imagination is your limit

What happens if a photograph is too badly damaged and beyond repair?
Whatever condition a picture is in it can be improved, if it is in such bad condition that it can't be restored fully then we will do our best to improve and repair it as much as possible.  If we feel full restoration is impossible then we will inform you and possibly request more information or extra pictures (if someone's face is torn away or missing we will need to see a different picture of them) and then you can decide to go ahead or not

Can I get numerous copies of the final photograph?
Yes, just let us know. We keep final photos for approximately 1 year afterwards so any amount of copies can be ordered within that time, please look at our price list for costs

Can I get a photo duplicated without having any restoration or colour work done?
Yes, we can simply copy a photograph and send it back to you with as many copies as you require at which ever size you require

How much will it cost to have work done on my photograph?
Click on 'repair examples' at the top left of this web site to get an idea of what's involved and costs. When we receive your requirements for a photograph we assess how difficult the work is and cost is largely based on how long it will take. For repairs it's very difficult to give a price without looking at the image to be worked on but for aging techniques, copies and duplicates refer to our price list. Whatever your requirements are you will receive a quote by e-mail (or post for people without e-mail) so you can decide whether to go ahead with the work or not

Is there a delivery charge?
Yes, Have a look at our price list for delivery costs. All charges for delivery are checked regularly to make sure they are at the lowest price possible.  Charges range from 99p for a 6 x 4 photograph to £4.99 for an A3 boxed canvas

Can I have the photograph/s sent to a different address other than my home address?
Yes, just let us know beforehand and we will arrange for your pictures to be sent elsewhere

What are you returns policy?
We are very proud of our service and take great care to ensure customer satifaction. However, if you receive your photograph and you are not happy with the work carried out then contact us and let us know what exactly is wrong with the picture and we'll do our best to put things right and send you another picture. Please note that we have a 28 days policy in which you should contact us and let us know of any further alterations
